What counts toward it.
Your library, Recently Deleted until it is emptied, and the files behind links that still open, each at its sealed size. Stopped and expired links count for nothing.

Full is a pause. Nothing is deleted.
When Cloud is full, uploads and new links wait. The app tells you, and the account’s owner gets an email, one a day at most. Make room or add storage, and they carry on.
On a team, storage is pooled. Each seat adds 50 GB to one pool, and whoever needs more uses more.
