Keys by role. The owner and each admin hold a key of their own, editors share one, and viewers need none. Remove an admin and only their key is revoked.

What does a seat include?

The whole of Cappture on that person’s Macs, every feature, and 50 GB of Cloud pooled with the rest of the team.

Do viewers need a seat?

No. Viewers have no key and take no seat. They see the team’s dashboard (its people, links and storage) and nothing else.

Monthly or yearly?

Either. $12 a seat a month, or $120 a seat a year, which is ten months’ price for twelve. Switch from Billing.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them from the Team page. An admin’s own key is revoked; an editor leaves the shared key working for everyone else, and the Team page suggests a new one.

Can we change the number of seats?

Any time, from Billing, from 1 up to 50. The difference is prorated.
